Whether it is Thakurpukur, Cossipore, or Sealdah, the feedback we have received for ReadToMe is tremendous. The heads of the schools under the RightToRead Program showed such strong leadership and conveyed the importance of teamwork. They firmly believe that ReadToMe is not only helping their students but also empowering their teachers to be more effective and comfortable with technology.

The teachers who have championed our cause, have also inspired us with their effort to seamlessly integrate technology into their English classes. They are comfortable with the software as they know which tool to use to make the students relate to the material. The favorite tools across the schools of Kolkata were the picture dictionary and translate tool!

The Real Heroes are Learning English

The students always make a school visit a worthwhile experience. Their enthusiasm for learning English and the sound of them practicing English aloud is inspiring, and they always unanimously agree that they love ReadToMe as it helps them understand the material. Their excitement showed us how their experience of learning English was transformed. The multi-sensory learning tools helped them to engage with the material fully and easily. Dola Mukherjee, a student of class 5, in Barisha Vivekananda Girls High School said, “ReadToMe says it so beautifully, I can understand it because it is very simple and I can now read without many problems.” Kolkata is definitely living up to its reputation of being the ‘City of Joy’!
